Had my first Digital Media 1 tutorial this morning. Was introduced to Adobe Photoshop CS4. Madam Lydia briefed us with the Discussion Board system in MMLS where we can find all information on our assignments and also post any questions there. She also taught us how to use the basic tools in Photoshop like the Marquee, Move and Magic Wand tool. So, we used those tools to select and edit some vegetable images. Vegetables? Really now? Hmmm. Also, we were also taught how to control the selection of the image by using the shortcut keys such as the shift and the alt key.
The class was fun and I definitely did not feel the two hours misery like how I always feel in other lectures though.
We were given a task from Madam Lydia to be submitted on the 27th June. Will update my work progress from time to time.
